Very risky: Morbid obesity is your highest risk; the "20% liver" shouldn't cause too much of an issue if the anatomy stays the same. Diabetes is an associated risk factor. In summary: High risk; possible death, but less likely (5% possibly----which is quite high) Surgery only if lifestyle limiting.
