Welchol (colesevelam): If having loose stools try something simple like greek yogurt or other cultured low sugar yogurts. If riis fails a medication called welchol (colesevelam) can help bind the bile acids and regulate bowel movements.

It depends on how-: -the surgery was done, open or laparoscopic . Also what the movement you feel is. Gall bladder disease even after removal does not entail " movements" in the abdomen. Get back into see your surgeon & look for the cause of this feelings.
