My recent blood work showed bilirubin at 1.45, 6 months ago it was 1.5, also my rdw was 15.4, normal value 15.1. everything else was in normal range tests included cbc, lipid profile, comprehensive metabolic panel. anything to be concerned about?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the data you provided is not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!

Am I supposed to avoid multivitamins and supplements the night before a blood draw? This is just for an annual physical to check my cholestrol, hemoglobin, Vit D3, Metabolic Panel, Lipid Panel and CBC. Also should I avoid sugar for more than 12 hrs?
