Anemia: Your symptoms suggest anemia and the low ferritin suggests an iron deficient anemia. It would be important to know your hemoglobin and hematocrit. If low, they will substantiate the diagnosis of anemia. Further management should include iron replacement and workup for the cause for anemia, if not apparent.
