Yes.: Pain or aches in the chest should always be considered serious until proven otherwise, At a minimum, I would suggest an EKG, chest X-ray, and complete blood count.

Yes: While I can't say with any certainty, it still possible that your mother had some sort of cardiac(heart) event and that's why she looks and is acting like she is - even a heart attack. Again, it may not in fact be something so life-threatening, but she needs to be seen by her doctor to make sure you aren't missing something important. Make haste!

YES!: My biggest concerns are a blockage of a coronary artery or heart rhythm irregularity, both of which can interfere with the heart's blood supply. Women often don't have the same symptoms as men do under these circumstances. The pallor and "ditsiness" concern me even if her heart checks out fine. Any number of potentially serious conditions can cause these symptoms.
