Rapidly Reversible: Once Skyla removed, levonorgestrel (hormone) levels drop precipitously, and cycles return to whatever pattern you had prior to Skyla. Unlike Mirena/Liletta, only 6% of women stop getting their periods on Skyla, and for many, their cycles remain the same.
