Spinning when rolling over in bed to left side-lasts several seconds.negative for crystals/nystagmus+vestibular tests all negative.what could it be?

Benign positional: vertigo, which may be related to issues other than inner ear. I suggest a trial of meclizine and prednisone- ask your physician about this regimen. try taking Benadryl at bedtime. Get a comprehensive medical examination including blood and urine analysis.
