My daughter is 5 month's old she's been having a fever on and off for 3 days, what can it be?

Other symptoms?: Is she having other symptoms like cough, runny nose or congestion? Diarrhea? Most common cause of fever is a virus. If she is otherwise looking ok, drinking and feeding well, making the normal number of wet diapers, then hopefully she will get over this soon. If the fever continues for another 2 days or has new symptoms, i would then bring her in to be seen.
