Will xenical work if it's been 2 1/2 hours since eating lunch? forgot to take it before eating

Xenical: Xenical works to lose weight but reducing the absorption of fats from what your eat. So it will not help to take the Xenical so many hours AFTER you eat.

Xenical: F asks if Xenical will will work 2 1/2 hrs after eating. ANS: Not likely. It has to get to your small bowel to inhibit your fat absorption by blocking the enzymes from pancreas that enable u to digest fat. So if it gets there to late you have already sucked the fat into your blood stream. Just wait till next meal. Guess you know if u eat too much fat you may get diarrhea with Xenical?
