See a doctor: If you are in such bad pain that you can't bear weight you need to see a doctor to make sure it is not serious injury. While crutches may eventually be the treatment you need, it would be better to make that decision after a diagnosis as been made. I recommend an urgent appointment.

Could be anything.: Crutches are always an option, as well as elevation, ice and mild compression. If not feeling a whole lot better by the next day, then you had better have the heel evaluated.
