At risk: The morning sugars are a little high. You seem to be at risk for pre-diabetes or early diabetes. See your doctor, get an A1c level (tells you average sugar levels over last 3 months) and that will tell you were you stand. Depending on the situation, the doc may want you to lose weight/modify lifestyle etc first.

Prediabetes.: Back in the day, we would call this "impaired fasting glucose", as opposed to impaired glucose tolerance. Regardless, today we call this "prediabetes" which may suggest you are at risk for the development of frank diabetes in the future, especially if diabetes runs in your family. Eat fiber. Exercise regularly. Lose weight (if overweight). Small frequent meals.
