For mild high bp, changing from 20mg telmisartan to 75mg irbesartan. do i need to wait some, or can i just start the irbesartan tomorrow morning?

There should not be: any significant problem switching from one to the other. Start the irbesartan tomorrow in place of the telmisartan.
