Yes: Laser treatment can cause raised intraocular pressure uncommonly.

Not usually: Laser for retinal tear repair does not usually affect the pressure of the eyes. If in the unlikely event that you develop significant inflammation from the surgery, pressure can go up, but it is rare, and can easily be controlled with eye drops
