is pork ok for diverticulitis attack, after solids have began. is there a way to get a detailed diet list. not just the generic short list.

Pork okay: The truth is that there is not a specific diet for diverticulitis. You can find some online but there is no evidence that anything in particular helps. If you know that certain food trigger attacks for you then you should avoid them, but other than that there is no good evidence for dietary restrictions.
