Idea Link below: Actually this is not too rare. It will be a balancing act - but you can do it if you're patient and motivated. I'd start at the clean out of a nearly liquid, bland, soft diet until the diverticulitis clears some. Then move in the direction of easy to digest more solid fiber foods still low in fat, spice, salt. A bit of poultry and light fish, but mostly selected veggies. It will be trial and error
