Can i take antihistamines forever to help with nasal stuffiness? using for 1 year every day. allergist can't detect allergen. no other option!

See an ENT surgeon: It's OK to take antihistamines over the long term, as long as it is helping. If not, see an ENT surgeon or try OTC flonase or nasocort nasal spray.
