My son age 8 years, suffer blocked ears and stuffy nose in winters,which effects his hearing abit.we use steam and antihistamine at night. any precious advice to prevent and cure this,and to avoid being worse. regards?

Depends: If you have a nasal steroid available it may help with irritant or allergic issues better than the antihistamine. Sometimes antihistamines thicken mucus & may aggravate middle ear mucus retention/poor hearing. The steam may help if the humidity is dry during that season.
