I have a small bump that just appeared on my lower lip in about 20 minutes, it isn't sore but it is numb and tingly, what is this?

Sounds like: a HERPES (Cold Sore) infection...You need an anti-viral Preparation for the sore itself and possible oral anti-viral medication This can be treated but an accurate Diagnosis is necessary Hope this is helpful Dr Z
