Methylated B12: is more bio-available, easier to absorb, than B 12. Taking a SUBLINGUAL B 12 that melts under the tongue can be used if your doc is ok w/that. Your primary care doc is someone who can help. Peace and good health.

Any one: Any primary care doctor can treat B12 deficiency. It used to be treated with injections but now can often be managed with or or sublingual B12. Levels need to be monitored by the doctor so see one right away if you have this condition.
