It's not. If your present rx isn't handling your acne adequately, your physician may add topical Clindamycin or a systemic antibiotic such as tetracycline 500 2x/day. Eat what you want.

Acne : Generally food does not effect adult acne. With that said, some patients report a worsening of acne with certain foods. If that is the case a reduction or elimination of the food may help. A new study showed that excessive chocolate ingestion made some patients acne flare. Always seek a dermatologist to provide the best treatment
