Comedones: Acne pustules normally contain these rice-like keratin plugs. I see you are a lady; the oral contraceptive pill may end your acne if you can go on it. Your physician may offer you topical benzoyl peroxide, a retinoic acid derivative, and/or topical antibiotic such as clindamycin. Consider all 3. There's stronger stuff if they don't work.
