I have had heart issues and other heart related symptoms for years now. My echo, stress test, and EKG results all came back normal. However I am in pretty concerning pain almost every day and my heart rate goes up to 240 sometimes. What do I do now?
Is it possible to have normal EKG and echocardiogram at rest and abnormal results during a stress test? My echo is normal and 24 hour holter is also normal but shows rare PVCs and PACs. Due for stress test because I get more ectopics under stress?
