Is a sub endometrial cyst possibly cancer? what does it mean to have this kind of cyst?

Not clear: The term subendometrial cyst is not a typical medical term we use. It sounds like this was something from an ultrasound report. Without more information we can not comment. I would contact the doctor who describes the cyst in this way and ask for more clarification. Endometrial cancer in a 23 year old is highly unlikely.
