Looked at throat with torch. below my right tonsil, there looks to be a fleshy lump. i have a cold cough and a runny nose | i'm female and 17

The fleshy bump is likely mild swelling of your tonsil area, or even could be a fold of tissue you just haven't noticed before. Cancer would be extremely unlikely, but you should visit your doctor.
