Lateral crenations: Lateral crenations are indentations on the sides of your tongue and may indicate teeth malpositions, and is entirely benign. You indicate crooked lower teeth and a narrow dental arch. These are all resolvable problems. See an Orthodontic Specialist for an Initial Examination (usually free) for an opinion as to what's wrong and how it can be treated. You'll be glad you did.
