Need more info: if you hit the back of your head this could be occipital neuralgia, another possibility is a pinched cervical nerve which can get more compressed with certain neck positioning (MRI C-spine would show it); if sharp pain is primarily below the hairline, this could also be a muscle strain at the back of the neck (worsening with neck flexion), need more information to help you figure this
