Your "external" head injury could well have caused a concussion or other internal injury that didn't show up on CT or other scan. See a doctor soon, ideally a neurologist. Good luck.

Head injuries can have subsequent emotional and cognitive consequences, and if mild can likely be reversed and stabilized. See a local psychologist and get tested. Cognitive therapy with a speech therapist may be very helpful.

Concussion can result in neurologic problems which can last weeks or months. Start with your primary care physician who may refer you for neurology evaluation or neuropsychiatric testing to better find where the problems are. Best wishes.
