Sounds like anxiety: This sounds like you are anxious about your health. A EMG/NCS ( special nerve muscle test) can rule out any serious issues. Ask your Primary Care Provider (PCP) Hope this helps

Prob not MS: With the normal MRI tests, it is probably not MS. If the numbness area is large, an EMG may help.

Not MS: Some of your symptoms could be explained by a spinal cord compression, and if not answer, might consider peripheral nerve issue. A neurological exam may be very helpful
