RLQ pain: You cannot ignore significant RLQ pain especially if there's associated tenderness. Appendicitis is a concern. It is even possible that you had acute appendicitis in September which resolved without antibiotics or surgery. You should be examined in the hospital emergency room as soon as possible where prompt testing can be done.
