Pain in right rlq, swollen lymph nodes abdomen wall via ct, appendix not visible. no gallbladder, no ovarian cysts. hematuria, labs ok. disdended abd?

May still be apendix: Pain in RLQ concerning for appendicitis, ectopic pregnancy & ovarian torsion. A simple pregnancy test rules out ectopic. CT us usually the tool for appendicitis. Did they use oral and IC contrast? (Oral is chalky stuff you drink, IV makes you feel hot all over). If contrast given, appendicitis less likely.. Lymph nodes likely "mesenteric adenitis", which is OK. if worsens, go back to doc
