Yes: This is an overpriced, glitzy mix of caffeine, dried pond scum ("spirulina"), geraniums and other stuff even less likely to do you any good. Natural medicine is a fascinating subject, but you're ill-served to try to make decisions in a culture where there's no accountability for truth. If you can find an evidence-based holistic practitioner in your community, this would be a good guide.
