You will likely have some discomfort right after the teeth are pulled and the local anesthetic wears off. Usually, ibuprofen and/or acetaminophen will keep you comfortable. Once the discomfort from the procedure wears off, you should feel better from your other symptoms. Best of luck to you!

The narcotics didn't cause rotten teeth, poor oral hygiene did. See an oral surgeon for extractions since you multiple teeth to be extracted. After extractions you will have some swelling and discomfort which will dissipate in about 5 days. Stay off the narcotics and practice good oral hygiene to avoid pain and further loss of teeth. Re place the missing teeth.

Pain, lethargy probably due to not eliminating the nidus of infection, your rotten teeth, which are spilling out bacteria through blood stream to other organ systems. Rotten teeth caused by neglect, not prescription meds. Narcotics also contribute to lethargy. Extractions will help after a few days, but make sure to replace them ASAP.
