Had all kinds of heart tests cause of palps. all came back normal. i'm now getting palpitations that goes to my head like a head throb. what is this?

Palpitations.: Sometimes the cause of palpitations is not within the heart itself. There could be hyperthyroidism for example. Or pheochromocytoma. Or anxiety. If the heart checked out fine, you may need to investigate conditions outside the heart.

I have anxiety. Sometimes I get just palpitations & then I get them with adrenaline rush to my head. Had tons of tests & they only caught the regular palps as benign PVC's. Heart structure is normal.Could the palps with adrenaline be something else?
