See GYN : I think you need to be seen by your GYN Dr or PCP for a pelvic exam. It is difficult to know without seeing the lesions and taking samples. It can be STD or a cyst that could be infected and need surgical drainage and antibiotics. I think you should be seen very soon but don't get too concerned because it is most likely a treatable condition.
