Various possibilitie: Wart, cyst, even a skin cancer. Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health and Dermatologic conditions are particularly hard to evaluate without seeing them in person. Big Big point though: Every single cause mentioned.... treatable.
