Shoulder: It's important to determine the cause of the shoulder pain. Any injury? Possibilities include bursitis,sprain,arthritis,rotator cuff disorders. Applying cold applications, taking Tylenol and/or Advil or Aleve helps. If pain persists consult your physician or an orthopedic surgeon for evaluation.
