See ORS : You are getting a shot of Depo-Provera in your shoulder or buttocks? It will last longer( no one can say how long) if it is injected into your glenohumeral joint for your DX of frozen shoulder.PT can be very helpful. If no improvement over a period of time(2-3 months)w/PT/NSAIDs and injections arthroscopic selective capsulotomy can be very effective. GL!( this answer was ' recycled '. Ask more if needed!
