TMJ noises: Clicking and popping of the TMJoint is a reflection of the dysfunction of normal movement within the TMJoint. Normal jaw movements produce these sounds when something is wrong within the joint and in themselves do not cause the problem. See a dentist with extensive experience and training evaluating and treating TMDysfunction or run the risk of more serious problems over time.
