Likely yes!: I am assuming you feel well. A lower heart rate, with no symptoms, in an athletic individual is generally a good finding. It is a sign your heart is healthy and able to easily provide your body with enough blood, so it can beat relatively slowly. Of course, please see your doctor if you have any concerning symptoms.
