Morning preferred : If the symptoms being treated occur while awake, taking the med in the morning allows for it to work best when it's needed. Also, since it's a new med, you are able to assess your response to it better. Be sure to report side effects or incomplete symptom control to the prescribing doctor so that the dose can be adjusted as needed.
