Very: serious- she is abusing her medication and needs psychiatric evaluation.

Review with doctor: Drug interaction between Pristiq (desvenlafaxine) and Adderall + Vyvanse ---> increased risk for serotonin syndrome which is rare but potentially dangerous. It means too much serotonin in the brain and can cause confusion, increased heart rate, etc. All meds except Pristiq (desvenlafaxine) can be addicting, are controlled substances. Prescribing doc may not know all meds she takes. Tell doc all meds and ask what to do.

Poly pharmacy: She is taking multiple medicine from the same class, which can lead to overdose, she should tell her physician every time all the medicine she is on , some times patients do not reveal it to the physician because they have problems like drug abuse. She may need some help with drug rehab.
