Bupropion: can definitely raise pulse. In an unusual case, it can raise BP. In this case, I think the BP was an "arousal state" that followed the discomfort of the rapid heart beat. If u still need Bupropion, the beta blocker Bystolic should not reduce its benefit and will likely control the heart rate
