Possible: Could be a pinched nerve or nerve root as it exits your spinal canal or as it exits through your ribs. Worth getting checked out. A good exam by your doc or neurologist could confirm. You may need a nerve conduction test as well. Seek immediate care if you have weakness in the arm or hand.

Pinched nerve: Age 34 with negative work up for heart problems or vascular issue, then you need to consider EMG of the arm and consider seeing orthopedic spine doc or upper extremity guy.
