What to pursue if all tests normal (cbc, cxr, echo, ecg, spiro) but history of breathlessness (saying "hi" is tiring) for 20+ years? feeling hopeless

Need a workup: Including perhaps a cardiac catheterization or at least some serious imaging. At your age, with this history, the first entity I would consider is Ayerza's idiopathic pulmonary hypertension.
