Worrying symptoms: The symptoms you are describing sound worrying. You need to see your Doctor to get some blood investigations to rule out any underlying sinister pathology. A concern is duck cases could be severe gastritis or other bowel issues such as malignancy

Burning stool c/p: May be gastritis with or without H pylori a bacteria. Ranitidine/ prevecid may offer some relief but if bacteria need antibiotics. Would also check gallbladder. pancreas, food intolerences ( gluten) is less likely but if this severe should get abdominal /pelvic CT . Avoid NSAID ( motrin like products) aspirin, caffeine, alcohol spicy food, smoking. f/u/ w/ gastroenterologist , also check EK
