Neurological: Muscle weakness, pain and tingling in extremities and difficulty balancing can be a sign of a neurological disturbance. You should consult your primary Dr immediately and undergo a complete in person exam and lab tests. Your Dr may refer you to a specialist or for imaging.

Get neurologist : You describe neuromuscular symptoms. Do not delay. Get evaluated. These problems can be managed and perhaps reversed
