I have unusual gait when walking, balancing. difficult to stand up. general weakness in my arms & legs. trouble extending my arms & legs. some sharp pains in legs, and tingling / numbness in legs. hard to climb stairs. arms & legs feel weak muscles?

Neurological: Muscle weakness, pain and tingling in extremities and difficulty balancing can be a sign of a neurological disturbance. You should consult your primary Dr immediately and undergo a complete in person exam and lab tests. Your Dr may refer you to a specialist or for imaging.

Get neurologist : You describe neuromuscular symptoms. Do not delay. Get evaluated. These problems can be managed and perhaps reversed
