I've got a lump feeling in my throat. My doc says sinus drainage. Today, I have a bulge at the suprasternal notch w/cough and it's a little tender.
I have had Upper GI , ultra sound, pain upper left side. Lots of indigestion, clearing throat and cough. Doctor found Hitnal hernia and maybe a nerve ?

Pressure in left groin. Doesnt hurt to lift, bend, or cough. No bulge or pain just feels like pressure. Could it be an ingunial hernia still?
