Fordyce spots: Fordyce spots are sebaceous glands inunusual places, so yes, they are "natural" however, i'm with you, they need to go! sometimes ablative lasers like the co2 or erbium laser can help. There is interesting research going on regarding the use of photodynamic therapy to get rid of overgrown sebaceous glands. Tret may shrink em a little but it won't eliminate them. Good luck!
