Maybe: Fordyce spots are areas of cutaneous sebaceous hyperplasia, and can be found on the lips, genitalia, and other areas where sebaceous glands are less common. Numerous options have been tried, including co2 and pulsed dye laser, as well as topical agents, often with mixed results. Retin-a is an exfoliant and might help, but can cause dryness and irritation. See your dermatologist for more advice.
