Maybe (not) . . .: 1st good news: I found no interaction (http://goo.gl/5p2RX1) btwn Zyprexa (olanzapine) & Cipramil (Australian brand of citalopram). Ironically, www.epocrates.com noted somnolence as side effect of antipsychotic Zyprexa while www.drugs.com described opposite side effect. However, given all the side effects linked to Zyprexa, I would not use for insomnia. Although it would be useful in mania.
